Le Conservatoire est un lieu de consultation de 150 ans d\u2019histoire culinaire du Qu\u00e9bec, avec un espace de vente de livres d\u2019occasion.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Le Cercle de lecture est ouvert aux chercheurs, aux \u00e9tudiants de toutes les universit\u00e9s et les cycles, et plus g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e0 toute personne int\u00e9ress\u00e9e.
